Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tushar Vikram (“I”, “me”, “my”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit tushar-vikram.com (the “Site”) and use its contact form.

1. Information I collect

• Information you provide. When you use the contact form, I collect the name, email address, and message you submit. A hidden anti-spam field (a “honeypot”) is included to filter automated submissions; it is not used to identify you.
• Automatically collected information. As with most websites, my hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, in standard server logs used for security and reliability.

I do not use advertising, analytics tracking, or third-party marketing cookies on this Site.

2. How I use information

I use the information you submit through the contact form solely to read and respond to your message. Automatically collected technical data is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.

3. How information is stored and shared

• Contact form submissions are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with row-level security that permits new submissions but does not expose stored messages publicly.
• The Site is hosted on Vercel.
• Supabase and Vercel act as service providers that store or process data on my behalf. I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and I do not share it with third parties except these providers or where required by law.

4. Data retention

I keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for reasonable record-keeping, after which they may be deleted.

5. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted by emailing me at tusharpari14@gmail.com. I will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

6. Security

I take reasonable measures to protect submitted information, including database access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s privacy

This Site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. External links

The Site links to external sites (such as GitHub and LinkedIn). I am not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.

9. Changes to this policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
